The Customer Advantage Updates


  • There will be test deals run in specific areas once the new server, email and support systems are fully operational.
  • The need to upgrade the systems has put this off a bit to ensure a smooth first run.
  • Servers have now been upgraded. 
  •  The email system is now being integrate and then have the capability to send 250,000 e-mails an hour.  This of course is just the next level, way to doing more as TCA grow.
This is YOUR company everyone!  However, as John has stated on the conference calls, TCA is designed to be sustainable for generations to come.  To benefit not just the customer, but do AMAZING things for businesses.

REVIEWS AND CURRENT EVENTS FROM THE CUSTOMER ADVANTAGE TEAM

1. As you know TCA is growing rapidly. A new email system is being integrated that will allow 250,000 emails to be sent per hour. As planned we are moving to the next phase of our server system and will be complete by early next week. There will be some shut downs in the early morning hours between now and then as this is applied. These two changes will handle the next wave of growth. 

2. TCA will have ongoing webinars on Thursday evenings. There is an early (8:30ET/5:30PT) and late (11:30ET/8:30PT) webinar each week. All members can register for the webinars on the Conference Call page of the back office. Links to previously recorded webinars are also available on this page. 

3. There is now a FAQs link in the Help drop down menu of the back office that will take you to the Support system. You will find solutions for many of your questions through this link. Please also connect with your team. The true power of TCA is the strength of the membership.

PRE LAUNCH

The Customer Advantage on its pre launch. Daily e-mails haven't started yet, daily coupons are not being offered, still no date set for the launch of the coupon feature. Right now The Customer Advantage is focusing on the recruiting of members and local businesses. Personal recommendation or “word of mouth” will be one of the primary keys to making The Customer Advantage work. Majority of members will simply rely on the company copy of website to build their business. 

There is no risk to becoming a member. There are no sales or recruitment requirements, and there is no obligation to purchase the offer and there are no minimum purchase requirements. The goal is to have membership over millions of members in the near future.

The Customer Advantage


Members join The Customer Advantage for free.Each day the member is sent an offer from a local business such as Restaurants, Spas, Automotive, Department Stores, Hotels, Salons, Car Care, Car Repair, Health Clubs, Chiropractic, Clothing Stores, Massage,  Karate Clubs, Training Centers, and much more. . or any merchant imaginable to provide a product or service at a substantial discount, typically in the range of 30 to 70% off normal prices and you get them just for being a free member. 

If the member wants to take advantage of the offer, they simply purchase the coupon that is being offered.  The business gains new customer traffic and potential sales volume and the member gets a great deal.

It’s a Zero Cash Risk Service to advertise business. The network marketing component of the business is built around the personal referral of new members.   An important area of marketing is called word-of-mouth marketing, which relies on the added credibility of person-to-person communication, a personal recommendation. 

When a member joins they are given a copy of website for the purpose of soliciting new member enrollments.   When the personal referral of the member makes a purchase, the referring member receives 5% of that purchase.  The member will also receive a 5% override commission on all members in their down line through 5 generational levels.   When a member enrolls a local business, they will receive 2% commission on all sales made through the offers made by that local business. 

Because of the commissions being paid out to subscribers – they are that much more motivated to support and respond to local businesses that are promoting through The Customer Advantage program.
